It is only a mistake because it is too honest - "you gave other guys great experiences and that is why I am here giving you my money hoping for a great experience". Us hobbyists can play the game and pretend to know nothing, but MPAs should be realistic - this is the information age and privacy is mostly gone, especially for public facing "business people". They are free to refuse service, but they should not take our money if they know they will disappoint us.
