i was at a spa last week and had paid the attendant 100.00 she came in and started a nr about 10 min into the massage the white light went on in the room and she bolted out and next thing LE showed up, i got dressed and calmly walked out the front door while i saw all the girls in the room with the LE, as soon as i got into my car the LE was knocking on my window and wanted some id, i showed it to him and he took my cell number and said he would call me if he had any questions.Now the question is do i go back and ask for her to finish my massage?

How about this....... The spa has a system that saved your ass be thankful that you did not get caught doing anything and got your name in the paper. Look at it as a tax right off to your personal health fund

First of all, why would you have paid in advance, any reputable spa i have ever been to, the room fee is paid for in advance, the "tip" is paid for after the session. Leads me to believe one of two things, 1) You weren't at a reputable spa, in which case I couldn't care less if there is LE activity there; or 2), you were in a reputable spa that I have not ever been to so please let us know where it was so we know to stay away for a while untill LE is finished with them.

I'd stay away from this spa for a while - obviously with the article in the Star about closing down spas and laying charges up in Vaughan - it looks like Vaughan continues to be the target these days.

Vaughan isn't the target. They are trying to rid Vaughan of unlicensed spas. Same as Toronto wanted to get rid of Holistic spas, etc. No big deal. We have inspections, everyone knows that. Marvelous is licensed I believe.. so no biggy. I just had one a few weeks ago.... girl was naked.. I got a ticket and so did she... that's what the process is about. But, just like after every other inspection, we carry on business and fess up to our responsibilities in regards to the tickets to the establishment and the girl. Plus.. end of March... it's our licensing time... so the inspections were due to happen. No worries.

I had that happen once to a client.. and I had his money in my office for a month waiting for him to return.. not sure if he did or not.

The officer asked you for your cell phone so that he could directly speak to you and be discreet.
There is nothing that you did that was illegal sir... don't be concerned.
What happened was a typical bylaw inspection and we get those in Vaughan every so often. Essentially, what they could ticket you for.. believe it or not... would be if they caught you giving her a massage with her on the table.. and they could give you a ticket for performing a body rub massage in a licensed massage parlour without a valid body rubbers license.

not sure about the thing on Mojo - but she was the one doing all the talking at Vaughan's committee of the whole this past Monday.
