MPA Interview?

Just curious... how do MPA's actually get their jobs? Do they have to "perform" for the Parlour Owner to show that she has what it takes?

I mean... how exactly do you interview an MPA anyways?

I think 50% (or more) of the interview is the MPA's looks and body. Probably the next would be her attitude, personality, availability, and experience. If the MPA fulfill's the above traits, I don't see any problems in the hiring process. As long as the MPA gives a decent massage and does not have a phobia against our dangling parts, she's ready to go.

I would be very interested to know how Dina and Kayla approach the interview process. Do they act as test-dummies while the new girl is massaging or performing NR or VIP on them ? Do they get excited with girl-to-girl action and offer constructive criticism ? Or does the girl need to pass the test with a male subject (If you looking for one, I willing to do it free of charge).

We don't get naked for an interview, or at least I never have. It's a regular interview and it all depends on your looks and attitude.

Not to seem stupid... but how can you tell how a girl is without atleast seeing her nude? I've had two MPA's show themselves to me in their street clothes... and to be honest... they looked like nearly any other attractive girl on the street... yet in their work outfits they looked like sexy godesses!

Also... what if the girl is hiding an unattractive body underneath her clothes?

OMG I once had to get naked at an interview. The woman that was interviewing me said she wanted to save time & do my pre-employment medical at the same time.

Well, I'm usually pretty harsh in the interview process.. so I've been told. I have a lot of rules... so only serious girls apply... but my rules don't change and I don't rule HFH by my mood - it's quite professional. I run it as you would run any other business. I expect promtness, cleanliness, great customer service and no drama.

Some girls don't apply because they feel they aren't up to par with the other girls... but in my experience.. I've seen some that you wouldn't think are models but they treat the customers very well and they do well in return.

When I interview.. I go by gut feelings... I guess it helps when you are 'old school'... you make a judgement. I've been around the adult industry long enough to know.

I ask the girl where she has worked before.. and by their answer.. I can usually tell how much work.. or how little work I have ahead of me in the case of training her and helping her adapt to my way of doing things. It also gives me a heads up on her services that they provide, good or bad. I've hired escorts before who want out of the business.. and they do fine here as long as they realize that they can't perform the same services and they aren't gonna be paid as much. So I don't judge a girl just cause she comes from a different line of business. It more comes down to.. how attractive she is.. how she carries herself... if she is polite... will she cause me drama.. or is she professional... and how does she feel about her job.

Every new girl is put on a sort of probation period where I can see how she is working out... the same as most other jobs. If she is late a lot, or isn't good in the customer service aspect, or isn't available to work as much as she told me when I hired her, etc.. etc.. I just let her go. I guess I expect the girl to take her job as serious as I do and I want the same respect that is given to other careers/jobs out there. Ex: If you don't show up to work at another job, you are fired.

I've heard about owners who ask for a sample... and I don't even want to get on that topic because it angers me to no end. Girls shouldn't have to take off their clothes or do anything for the job... and if the place they go to is professional.. they will treat her as such. It makes me sad that girl's believe that they would have to do anything other than come in for an interview.

Pre-employment medical?? Never heard of such a thing. That's bullshit. Your medical is done by a licensed physician.

Tell how a girl is without seeing her nude?... just look at her.. lol...

If a girl walked into my place with a resume in hand.. I would be impressed. Half of the time simply getting in touch with the girl afterwards is a chore and when it becomes a chore.. I move on to the next girl.

Makes me wonder why girl's hesitate so long before coming to see me for employment ... especially if they are giving up their pride for jobs at lower classed places

I also heard at another MP.....they provide training on how to massage obese dudes with small penises.....I assume a BS would be hard to perform on this type of body

I even heard they provide training on providing erotic massages on people with disabilities

I think MP's like yours and a few others are very professional except when the MPA makes you wait 20 mins and shorts you on time....it's all about client service

Probably goes through the same process as any other job. You know, What other outfits/costumes have you worn?What other signs have you held up?Have you held up signs anywhere else besides the side of the road?Can you work weekends?Will you leave the job and steal my sign?And of course....Do you have a Post Secondary Degree/Diploma?

Kayla... I know you said you think the thought of girls performing for owners is a horrid idea. And that's probably the correct thing to say... because many owners may take advantage of girls.

But seriously... how would you be able to know if the girl can perform or not? Some girls may be a very nice person... they may be able to give off sexual vibes really well... but they may not be able to just strip down for some guy she just met and pretend to be sexaully interested in him.

Someone recently brought it to my attention that intuition is a big part of wisdom. Experience interacting with people accounts for a lot, or enhances intuition, but some people still don't get the knack. Of course, at times there may be uncertainty and you take a gamble, but anyone with good observational skills will know soon enough if a girl isn't going to work out.

I would imagine that massageplanet.net would be a valuable resource for any MP looking to hire.

Say if Sydney was to walk into HFH, Kayla really wouldn't need to spend a lot of time interviewing her, just check out the reviews on massageplanet.net and be thrilled that a gold mine just dropped in her lap.

I would be curious to know what percentage of women applying to an MP are novices. Most I would imagine have worked at other institutions and as such it would be fairly easy to read reviews on her.
