Oh for the love of God, are you SERIOUSLY trying to make this argument for a CASH-BASED sex industry that doesn't pay nearly the amount of taxes it's supposed to (if any)?! BY engaging in any form of this hobby, you are shorting the tax-payers that should have received a portion of taxes on the illicit services rendered. So pray tell, how do YOU sleep at night knowing you should have payed some GST (or soon HST) on your rub & tug/SP, and lack of said taxes creates a communal deficit?
I think you need your head examined. Employee benefits are just that - BENEFITS, to be used by the employee as he/she sees fit/need. Employees have a portion of their salary deducted towards the insurance company, and the company foots the rest. Some people claim as many of their benefits as they can, some claim from dire need, and others seldom claim anything. It's a wash, and all balances out in the end.
I'm entitled to claim hundreds of dollars in massage therapy, physiotherapy, and other services. How I choose to claim them is MY business, so long as the insurance company's satisfied witht he legitimacy of the claim. The place I go to DOES give great massage, in addition to the finish so as far as I'm concerned, massage therapy is precisely the service I received.
