For those guys with low self-esteem - for you guys only - I am single, live off of welfare and stay in my Mother's basement to save money and make ends meet.

Anyways, my wife brought home these purple potatoes that she bought from the Chinese grocery store. I cooked them and they are very mushy on the inside, once cooked. They have a desert like consistency. I dont know if I dislike them overall, or if they might have some value in soup etc.

I asked my wife the name of the potatoes, but she doesnt know. Anyone in this forum happen to know the name of such potatoes?
