It takes at least a day or two to get the cheque. They have to submit the bills of purchase to head office on Eglinton. The guy couldn't wait cuz the loan sharks were after him. So Mercedes manager sent him to me and I bought them out.
Another guy was Saigon restaurant on Dundas at Spadina. He just disappeared and later found out hiding in Vietnam.
One Filipino lady the same, won 786,000 at Niagara casino. bought a ML63 AMG from me and a house. About 6 months later she came back and tried to sell the car to me, but I didn't buy it back cuz the Filipino broker sales man from Lexus marked up $6,000 more on our car and ripped that poor lady off. I didn't have the heart to low balled her. I just told her we were over stocked and won't be able to buy anything for 2 weeks. I was told she lost her house too after 3 months later. If you go look at Casinos, all you will find the majority inside are Chinese, Viets and Filipinos.

It's an exclusive neighborhood with lots of mature trees and huge lots, not that easy to see what's going on from the road which is about 200-250 yds away, even 15-20 cars parked in their front parking lot doesn't mean much there, even the neighbors won't notice unless you're blasting loud music. It was not like cars going in and out every hour.

The neighbor's complaint about the big crowd in Covid lock down time for the little girl's birthday party and the intimidating body guard at the gate pissed off the cops was their biggest mistake that drew police attention. Some MPAs have been going there for yrs. I think it has been operating for 4-5yrs. The police news conference was a bit exaggerated to take credit for the police.
