Hahaha..believe it or not , that's the house backing to my old house . The smallest lot in that area is 1.4 acres. The land alone is going around 3 mil in that neighborhood.

It is not really a spa. It is just a recreation area for gambling customers. I knew some spa girls who are gambling addicts and have been to that place a few times. They know everything about that place and the owner. The guy is a billionaire in China, also owns a few businesses and a few lands in GTA.

That area has huge lots, I always went in and see all the houses whenever they have Open house, most of the houses in that neighborhood have sauna, steam rooms and indoor pools tennis courts and such and some house even have under ground tunnel to go to their garage. Some house have pretty good size tree in the middle of the house living room area and one house even have a little waterfall, a little stream and a small bridge inside living room area of their walk out basement. My son's house 2 minutes away from there has a half size basket ball court above his garage. His neighbor have a Golfzon virtual golf game room in the basement . Some houses have 15-20 seats recliner seats movie theater in the basement and some have sound proof karaoke bars. The huge house at the corner of Persona drive and Cachet pkwy drive has all the rooms are in round shapes and the living room is in the middle surrounded by all the bed rooms with big huge custom made huge round sofa which make you feel like you are sitting in the middle of shopping plaza.

It's a different kind of neighborhood. One winter I had a few police officers with sniff dogs in my compound and in my back yard. I went out and asked what was going on. They thought I was growing pot bcuz their heat seeking helicopter detected some heat and extreme useage of hydro from my house. My house have a good size indoor pool and I had my pool water heated to 85-90 degrees most of the time when I feel like swimming 50-60 laps. Not too long after, they busted a house with grow op operation 4 houses away from me.

I know of this place and was invited to go a while back. They ran an under ground casino here. I know people who went. From what I heard there was no official “brothel” or “spa”. Like any mansion it has a pool, sauna, and rooms where you can take any of the girls who frequent the place and offer to bang them. Weather the house took a cut of this money or if the girls paid the house for this privilege I don’t know. But I did hear the table games were really high limit. The money coming in from any sex work would probably pale in comparison. Thats what I was told and don’t know much else.

No..no. None of the spa girls lives there. They were there to play mahjong , sing karaoke and drink. I have been there a few times with them.
There are lots of places like that in Scarborough and Markham area. There is one near 14th and Kennedy. The place is quite popular and well known. I am pretty sure YRP also knows their existence but a bit too small to be bothered. Some of the restaurants have them in their basements in small scale. That's a norm for the Chinese community.

I am pretty sure they will get bailed out soon. Nothing to do with Asians. They can afford the lawyers and the bail and bonds. Don't forget there is no drugs involved and no crimes committed with those guns. Just illegal gambling and possessions of guns. Not really a serious crime compared to murders and kidnapping and such. Didn't we had one not too long ago at Leslie and hwy7 area Le Parc banquet hall gaming house where they seized 2.5 million in cash and arrested 6 people?

well in this case the police chief said they believe this place is connected to some of the shootings that happened in Vanghan and markham so that could have rushed things for this.
