well in this case the police chief said they believe this place is connected to some of the shootings that happened in Vanghan and markham so that could have rushed things for this.

yep...well there was complaints but the tipping point was that they held a kids b day party there during lockdown...........how stupid can you be to host a huge party then........

Well to answer your first question it's an asian thing lol. I get what you're saying and I agree but that is what is popular in asian. I went to one of those illegal karaokes here for a friends bachelor party. It surprised the hell out of me because of how well hidden it is. Then when you walk inside it's a totally renovated place that looks like an asian karaoke bar and you choose a girl you like out of a group then drink with her and play round.

You gotta either be a big shot in some type of organized crime or know someone who is one to get invited to the good parties like this. There are others and are terrible and more for gambling and drug addicts.

The place is full of gambling addicts and hot head gangsters. Believe me you would not want to be there.

It's not a place to bring $200 to gamble. Most people there are bringing like $30,000 - $100,000 or more. Let's say you beat someone in poker and take 15k from him and decide to leave with your winnings. If he wants to to stay and play more because he wants a chance to win his money back.......you better sit back down or you might end up on the news in a week or two. Or you talk to one of the sex worker girls working there that someone else likes and doesn't like you talking to her. He won't sit back and let you take her.

I was invited to one of these parties because I know people who help run those or have connections too it but I declined because it's best not to be around a bunch of hot heads that might try to start fights and avoid a potential police raid which at that time I was told it's impossible for that to happen lol.

Back when I had a poker phase, more often than not you'd see an older asian man sitting at the tables. And they always play an aggressive game, almost like a game of chicken.

I have over heard many conversations about it and most of them are people who think it's some paradise where they can just bang girls and drink.

The truth is you are in a house full of dangerous people. If you hate that there are lots of guns and drugs on the street this is a place that's full of people who made millions shipping and selling them. Especially guns because that's where the money is now.

The previous owner of big Chinese Supermarket on Kennedy just north of 14 th ave was my regular customer who used to go there in 2005. One day he won big and bought two new Mercedes ML SUVs. One for him and one for his wife. 2 months later he went back to sell them back at Mercedes and he wanted cash in 5 hrs. Mercedes doesn't do business that way. It takes at least a day or two to get the cheque. They have to submit the bills of purchase to head office on Eglinton. The guy couldn't wait cuz the loan sharks were after him. So Mercedes manager sent him to me and I bought them out.

Another guy was Saigon restaurant on Dundas at Spadina. He just disappeared and later found out hiding in Vietnam.

One Filipino lady the same, won 786,000 at Niagara casino. bought a ML63 AMG from me and a house. About 6 months later she came back and tried to sell the car to me, but I didn't buy it back cuz the Filipino broker sales man from Lexus marked up $6,000 more on our car and ripped that poor lady off. I didn't have the heart to low balled her. I just told her we were over stocked and won't be able to buy anything for 2 weeks. I was told she lost her house too after 3 months later.

There were time some Chinese mafias brought in young Chinese international students with expansive cars to sell to me. I just flat out told them I don't buy cars from them unless their parents call me from China to confirm they authorized their kids to sell and I asked them to fax their IDs to match the names and addresses. I have 4 Chinese salesmen.
