If the sign says open at 2:30 and it’s 1:15 by-law can wait outside, come back or forget it.

this senerio of being caught is a myth and has never happened in all my years as an owner.

So while a customer is banging an MPA, by-laws waits outside and listens to the fucking because is a paper clock hung outside the unlocked door. Don't kid yourself.

Thanks for the heads up and we can all make a choice to believe or not. Regardless, one should understand the law and one's right. I was told that one must answer a police officer only under certain conditions. If you were walking down the street and obeying the law, you need not answer. Any time when operating a motor vehicle. And if there is probable cause (eg: some guy walking down the street with a blood soaked shirt for example. And you could respond that 'you are seeking council advice and call a lawyer'.

Anything that you say can be used against you. Never say anything hoping that they will give you a break. FFS, don't say "yes, I was hoping for a handy j. But I learned my lesson. I won't come back'.

That said, LEs are focusing on OPs seeking minor and on people who traffic SW.

They will be visited from time to time by town officials. Breaking a bylaw is a mediocre issue. The police are nothing to fear as well.

Well I guess the flip side is if they paid tax, maybe the government would tell LE to get off their case once they see all that money flowing in LOL.

But yeah, our fees would go up for sure. You realize at some of the less known places, the MPAs might see just 1-2 customers per day. They won't be able to make a living if they have to pay tax too. Then they go on welfare and we're all worse off. Also, a lot of spas would close down. The remaining ones will have little competition and will raise their prices a lot. There's just a lot of factors at play here.

No sure that is accurate. My understanding if you are detained or arrested, you do have that right. And that it doesn't apply if you are not arrested. I recall all of the push back for carding in Toronto. Please stopping men asking for ID wasn't illegal. However it was spun as racial profiling which mean discrimination. And that is why it died.

I really wish one of us degen's who is a lawyer can provide some advice.

Several years ago I walked into an in call in a house - should have known something was up when a dude answered the door. I walked in and about 4 cops were in the kitchen. They asked my name which I told them, then asked why I was there...I said “massage”. Then they asked how much I had agreed to pay..”there was no discussion of price” . They challenged me on that a few times and I held my ground. Then I asked if I was required to stay and answer their questions - one cop said “would you rather we just charge you now for being found in a bawdy house”....to which I said “you were here before me....my guess is that this ceased to be a bawdy house once you all arrived”.....they let me leave.

Good answer. You outsmarted the cops. Good man.

Be careful guys, there's some definite shit going on. Another place in the Leslie/Hwy 7 area got hit recently. A bunch of ladies had to pay fines.

My last session was really bad, ladies are afraid to do anything now...hope this passes but who knows, it could get worse.

The 2nd floor place??? They were on the sunday blitz along with another well advertised place here.

It will pass eventually, just stick with SPs for now or go to a mainstream joint.
