You are listening but you are not hearing. Your knowledge in spa business is very small with your small ill mind.
Most spa owners do not give more than 2-3 days to a girl no matter how popular they are in case if something happened to her. So they all have to work at 3-4 different spas and they know where they can make good money. Another thing is they want to build a good net work meeting different new girls and new friends at new spas so they can open their own spa one day.
