Bitter much??? Im not saying my clients are angels...we all live in glass houses honey. But you bet your ASS 'the wife' has ALOT to do with it!! Does 50% sound fair...2 people, each hold responsibility. You are forgetting that 1. I am a woman and 2. I have been in the boys situation myself. My empathy is deep rooted!! I doubt their wives can tell me anything I havent thought or felt before. But I certainly could give a fresh perspective on life in Hubby's shoes!!

I also have a few clients confide in great detail their situations at home, and I dont believe any of it is embellished! There are always 3 sides to a story. But the hurt, confusion, frusteration, and bruise on their ego is VERY REAL! Many women dont realize how men think...living a day in someone else's shoes could ease your bitterness and breed understanding! (not agreeance, understanding!)

Well said dishchick!! The fabulous thing about your story is that you are truely able to see it from 2 sides. I've never been in your shoes, but I have been in that of the guys. I think being an MPA adds a new angle to life, love and men. And most importantly how SEX relates to all 3!

I'm surprised that you have taken such offence to a post that just plainly states facts and reality. Not an iota of bitterness on my part.....but a heaping helping of just plain honest to goodness "look in the mirror" facts regarding most of the married clients. The wife has "zero to do with it". It is the married clients who have made very repeated selfish and self-centered conscious decisions to lie, cheat, sneak and philander. Many other decisons other than these completely and repeated decisions of avoidance of their problems could have but were not undertaken.

I know tons of married men, some happily some not so happily...yet these men have not chosen this self-centered path. Women realize how men think. It's just that some men will not tell their woman "what they really think". Because if they did....they will be tossed to the curb. You won't toss them to their curb....because they are not your husband. Maybe if they were....you would feel differently.

They see MPAs so that they will be sexually sated.....not for marriage counselling or psychotherapy which is what they may really need to address their "horrid wives" issues.

Now take a minute and read it attentively.
He says he has 4 or 5 favorite MPAs. And he's worried about cheating on one of them. This would be akin to a bygamist worrying about whether one or more of his wives is jealous of the others. By definition, in most of our country, having 4 or 5 MPAs/wives would be cheating. And if you're a married fellow, ask your wife if having even one MPA is cheating. I would think in most cases the answer would be "yes".

This is avery interesting topic. I've been hobbying for a # of years, making trips to the big city, [Toronto] to see an MPA cuz Im not getting it at home. Not cuz I've done something wrong, but she doesn't want it anymore, doesn't want to do her duties as a loving wife. She doesn't know I spend some time with a MPA, and until very recently only a specific one until one day when she wasnt available unexpectly so I went with another. I usually don't see more then one MPA at a specific Spa, just to avoid any confusion. Some MPA do get upset when you go with another from the same spa and I've made it a point to avoid that happening. Im now seaching for MPAsquares Spa so that I can find a "new" # 1 MPA in my life.

Who said the problems are because of his acts??? IF the problem was his hobbying, fine...but that isnt the case!!

Lets be real here...9 times out of 10 the broad at home barely speaks to him, only as "mom-mode" not as wife/gf/lover. Goes to bed before him. Puts out the regulatory once every 1-2months. Quit the BJ's years ago. Packed on 30lbs, and he doesnt remember what she looks like 'sexy'! I highly doubt there are scantily clad hot housewifes begging for hubby-dick being turned down inorder to hobby!

Who else to tell what you think BUT you partner?? But do you think they feel safe to open their hearts to someone who lives with them like a room-mate that sleeps in the same bed?? I certainly wouldnt confide to that person if it were me! And the cycle continues. It can kill your spirit. And when a person or a couple loses that spirit, that spark...a stale-mate occurs...some get through it quickly and call it a bump in the road...others stay in purgatory and call it 'staying for the kids'.

Let's call a spade a spade here! We are talking about real life! About people's coping mechanisms. About feelings and needs and a means to an end. For a man, his sexuality is much higher on the priority list than that of a woman. His ego is based mostly on his prowress, ability to please, protect, and satisfy. Along with providing for his family, when one of these aspects is damaged, he's not complete, he's not his best, and he's not able to fullfill his rightful ability! THATS HUGE for someone!

Add to that the constant addition of time and rejection. The added stress of family and work and money. My goodness, calling it selfish to get some TLC is just beyond me!!!

It is interesting how this thread has morphed from "cheating" on your MPA to "cheating" on your spouse. I have to agree with Square that there are two parties in a marriage and when one party is not providing certain matrimonial services than it is unfair to palce all the blame on the other party for looking elsewhere for these services.

Well funny u say that. The point was, why should a client get shit from an MPA when they can get that aplenty at home. But some people wanna place blame when I highly doubt the one asking for it is the one not putting out!
