I did not pull the OB girl upstairs but had fun on the ground floor itself. You're right about it being packed but on Tuesday it was empty. And most girls from 1st floor were also down. In fact, if one has a good setting, towards the end of operating hours, the first floor becomes like a large private cubicle.
