So I have been going to this new spa (Phoenix Blossom) since its opening day over a month ago and have gotten to know Hellen that runs it. As you know each of us can have mixed results and connection with different girls ( YMMV) but a putting little more detail into your experience helps the rest of us to evaluate better if she is right for us.
Hellen the manager is amazing and if you have an issue you should tell her next time as she really cares about making sure her customers are satisfied. Your lack of communication in your comments and review here helps no one without detail.
I suggest you go and try another girl as I have had only positive experience now with 5 girls and counting and at the same time you should talk to
Hellen and tell her about your disappointment. She unlike manny spas listens and takes action to fix issues.
So far I can only say that this place is hidden Gem in the West end. Hellen is amazing and we should all try her place once to judge for ourselves. I am very happy to have this new spa in my backyard and I would hate to see a spa like this not be supported buy us guys that are needing better spas in the west end.

Saw Coco this past Monday and was disappointed. Was my first time at Phoenix since new ownership. Was greeted by Helen, and thought she would be the one to provide the massage, but instead had Coco. Didn't ask and state my preference, but was ok with it, as I didn't clarify. Helen is an attractive older MILF, where I could tell she had a tight body.

Coco kept her mask on throughout the entire massage. Her English is poor, and communication was an issue. Massage itself was decent, but used ALOT of oil. I would say Coco is more average, with a thicker body, and smaller Bs. Definitely is not busty as compared to girls who are a full C or D. Requested and tried to do a bodyslide, but found that it ended up being a titslide. If she was more endowed it would have been more enjoyable.

Was abit tip hungry as asked $100 tip for a HJ. Opted for an $80 BS.

Facility is better than most, but is due to renovations done in previous iterations of Osteal and F&B, at same location. Room itself was well laid out, with a two person shower.

Wouldn't repeat with Coco, but spa has potential, due to Helen, the facility (like fully utilizing larger showers) and as mentioned above, new talent brought in, and the desert of the west end. That's why my initial comment was brief, as know there are other girls coming in with good reviews.
