My intention is to help Water. She is struggling financially and approached me for help. I helped her find a place to work until your spa is open. Water is well known at 2 spas and I am trying to help her out by telling her customers from those two spas where to find her during lockdown. How am I going to advertise Water at One plus One when she is not working at One plus One?
Don't be so short sighted. Water is not stealing the customers away from your spa. She will be back at your Orchid spa once the lockdown is over and you will benefit the most with some new customers Water has met at her new temporary spa she is working now.

Good assessment. I would do the exact same thing if I was in KJ's shoes. He's retired, plays golf, and organizes schedules for chicks at random spas. It's not a bad way to live retirement life.
