I think her boss is always on her case. If they read these reviews, there isn't much discrepancy, so if Mia is close or over her time booked, her boss is probably on her case knowing what she is doing and wanting her to finish up quicker. Or maybe she cuts back services if the boss is hanging around. You don't have to try very hard to listen to what might be going on in the rooms if you happen to stand outside creeping. Maybe Mia was aware of that.
