I have known Jenny for many years from her days at Changs, on to Superior and then at her new spa J&L. She may have had stops elsewhere, but I did not visit her at those places.
Mileage has been fairly consistent through the years - always topless, full nude, DATY and MSOG. Her massage has always been very good and she has treated me well over the years.
Since her move to J&L I do not visit that often as it is out of my way and a pain in the ass to get there during busy traffic times, but I have been there a few times.
However, the last couple of times things seemed a bit off and my mileage had dropped significantly. On my second to last visit she only offered topless and she kept answering her phone during the session. I was a little bit concerned at the lack of mileage and felt that perhaps she was having a bad day. On my last visit, she did not want to go topless and again continued answering the phone during the appointment.
Keep in min that I am not a cheap tipper and I am a respectful, clean, and well groomed client.
That old saying "fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" rings true, and I have not returned to her spa nor will I. There are many more businesses out there that will give me the value I want for my money.
The reason I am making this post is because I read on here that the service at J&L is not what it once was. Perhaps it is because ownership is getting tired of the business.
For those who continue to receive great service from her - I salute you. But if you feel it is slipping, remember that you are the customer and if you are not getting the value you expect, then take your business elsewhere.
