Just got out of a holding cell on Tuesday(bail). I need decent legal advice. A little over a week ago I got arrested for assault, posession of a weapon( Razor Blade) and drug posession..(molly) I was just was staying home all day, smokin bud, playin games. I got a text from one of my boys that he knew this girl that wanted to Re-up on molly and wanted us to chill with her and her friends after. So me and my homie went out to Scarborough to meet up. We were all in the car(my boys car) and one of the girls wanted to go to her weed dealer over on Galloway. Once we got there she insisted we go in with her so we did. It was pretty chill at first they greeted us. Then this Sri Lankin man kept saying how much he liked my Air maxes. Then this Guyanese guy told me to give them to him. I told him no. Then my boy said we leavin if ya'll are done. So then out of no where the Sri Lankin guy punched my friend in the face. So I took my razor out and cut the sri lankin in his face. The Guyanese dude started reaching in his pocket. So my boy took out his blade and poked him im his leg. At that point we started stomping them out. The girls had ran out by this point so we took their weed and as we were going to their car. The police showed up. I guess someone heard all the noise and we both got bagged. Im lookin at 3-5 yrs. I cant afford to go to maple hurst or Hamilton. My mom needs to help her pay bills. So i need a good lawyer if u know one..

You just come up with a new story every week don’t you. My advice would be to jump from a tall building or plead guilty, either way it will be nice to not see your stupid stories anymore

A consensual defence is employed for prize fights, i.e., boxing, MMA fights, etc. By employing such a defence for aggravated assault would be considered an amateurish ploy to outmaneuver the prosecution, and be laughed out of the court room!
