It was martial arts for a while, then idleness, then a lot of weight training, then a lot of walking, and not much of anything lately but I move around a lot. I have always taken a bunch of supplements - see my thread on MSOG recipes. And then there is Cialis and testosterone replacement therapy. Life seems to be about problem solving. If you need more cash get a side gig. If you want independence, start a business. You do not want to leave your wife, but she is no longer interested in sex - go see an SW. Your interest in sex is flagging, get your testosterone levels checked (as well as a whole bunch of other health measures). If you want true love get a dog. I am still making mistakes but I am learning.
