Did I get ripped off at Blue Pearl....

I wanted to go to Body and Soul for a nice relaxing session, but when I got there...all the MPA's were busy except for one....unfortunately she was not my cup of tea....so I decided to go to Blue Pearl to see if any of the girls that fellow massageplanet.netites recommended were there. Nope, but I decided to stay anyway and get a session with Natasha...polish... D-cup man mades....dyed blonde....late 20's or early 30's (hard to tell)....so I decide to get a hour BS session(I always do at most MP's)...started the session around 10pm. Massage was alright, but hurt a bit b/c she used her elbows with more force than I would like on my back. Her tease was not comparable with the big three (SRM, IT & HFH). Then I massaged her....a little restrictive (very little kitty play allowed)...which I respected. Her BS was very mechanical....then right into release. Natasha gives me a towel to wipe myself....then she leaves the room to let me shower...usually the MPA showers first....but she didn't shower unless she was going to do it after I leave. Anyway I get dressed and check the time....10:40pm...so I got ripped off on time...but that's not what got me angry....I've been to Blue Pearl only twice before and each time the MPA charged me different price for a hour BS session...first time was $100($180 total including $80 door fee)...second time was $120 ($200 total including $80 door fee)....so I'm expecting something around that price.....Natasha asked for $200 ($280 total including $80 door fee)...what????....she told me since it is a hour session, prices are doubled....that's more expensive then a hour BS session at IT and HFH. I told her the price the other 2 girls charged me previously and she said they are wrong.....anyway I didn't want to argue with her....so I ended giving her $170 ($250 total) for a 40 min mediocre massage.

Can the regulars at Blue Pearl tell me if she is right....in that the price for a hour BS session is $280 (including $80 door fee)...or did I get ripped off on time and cash. Regardless I will never go back to Blue Pearl again.

I would have if it was the first time I went there....but since I've been there twice....I had an expectation of how much it was going to cost....unless the previous MPA's gave me a deal...that's what I kind of want to know. I got short change on time....but did I get fleeced on cash also.

Better get a loan before you get in...and ask first before you lay down on that table!

Kind of "stiff" for any service. For $280, I can have Bobbi in a Hotel room for one "full" hour of service.

Door Fees are $40-$60-$80 for 30-45-60 minute sessions from what I was told on prior visits.

On top of that, I was quoted $40-$60-$80-$100 for topless, nude, NR and BS for a 30 minute session (double those if you get the 60 minute, and multiply by 1.5 if you want the 45 minute session).

Now do the math for the total cost. Just posting what I was quoted, some girls may have different rates that are lower.

Wrong hole - My understanding is that the prices for the different services for each girl are different because the pricing is left up to the mpa at BP. Anytime I've gone, I've always gotten a different price from each different mpa for the same service. The only thing consistant was the room fee.

With that in mind, she can charge whatever she wants. But, if she wasn't there the full time, then she shouldn't charge for her full time.

Also, no matter where you go, or who you see, or how many times you see them, always, always, always, ask what the prices are beforehand.

I've only not asked for the price just once. That was the first time I ever went to one. Kinda left me in an embarrassing situation. Since then, I always ask first.

I feel for you. Not that it's going to change the situation at all, but, you probably should've asked for a discount from her for the shortened session. If she disagreed, go to management and see what happens.

So from the sounds of it....there is no set rate at Blue Pearl...or there is but the MPA's don't follow it.

Places like B&S, SRM, HFH, IT all have set rates that are always followed (from my personal experiences)...they don't deviate...you always know what you are getting....

In regards to the money....I don't mind if I got a great session(not talking about extras)...full time, good massage, great tease....for example....I have no problem dishing out $260 for a hr session with Amber@IT or Cameron and Jennifer@HFH* or $230($250 for shower) for Sophie, Krystal @SRM b/c I feel I getting my money's worth (without extras).

Natasha @Blue Pearl is not even close to these other girls, in service and especially attitude.....

I went around the area with the intention of going to B&S...but no MPAs that I wanted was there....since I was in the area, I wanted to try some MPAs @BP that other massageplanet.net members recommended...unfortunately they were not around or were busy. But since I was there already...I decided to try someone new(for me anyways)....with the expectation of paying around the same price I paid the previous 2 times I've been there.

So tell me how is it...that I deserved to be ripped off?

You only got ripped off on time. 2*100 = $200 add the door fee and thats $280. You only gave her $250 so you ripped her off $30 for the time she ripped you off.

40 minutes that means you get 2/3 of 1 hr, so you should pay 2/3 multiplied by $200. Indeed the price you should pay is $133 + $100 = $233, so you get over charged for $17

I agree with you in regards to BP being similiar to a 'craps game'...it's a roll of the dice sometimes.....mgt does not care and some of the MPAs are rip-off artist....but there are some good MPAs there like Vannesa for example.

But I disagree with you in your previous post 'that it serves me right to get ripped'....I would deserve to be ripped off if it was my first time there(and didn't ask for prices) and I did my reseach and still went.....but since I went there twice previously and had alright times.....I had a expectation of cost and I expected all the MPAs would follow it uniformly with very little variance.

As it stands, I will not go back to BP again....if I do...then I think it would be fair for you to say 'I deserve to be ripped- off'

btw...most of the previous posting of BP being a ripped off was about the service charge of drawing cash from the machine there

It just goes to demonstrate how overpaid some of these girls are. I mean $170 for 40 minutes for a little bit of rubbing?

Guys, we need to bring things back to reality and not let massage prices go through the roof.

First off, I've said this before and I'll say it again. Since our buddy Tinop had his problem at BP, about one year ago, I said I wouldn't return. I haven't. I've heard too much and with the amount of quality MPs out there, why would I take a chance? No MPA could be that good looking for me to take a crapshoot like that. $280 for 40min?? Not this Toke(r)!

Secondly, since we're talking about paying 2/3 for a 2/3 time cut I'll tell you what I did. I went to a MP on Steeles (I think the street is Goodmark or something like that) about 3 months ago, I paid for 40min and she was up and out in 20min. This includes my wait time. When it was time for "tip" I told her to forget it. Not that I won't "tip" for good service but the fact that I was short changed on time, she gave a TERRIBLE excuse, and that I wasn't even impressed with the service that I did get...... I told her that she in no way earned her "tip" and I wasn't giving it to her. I told her that if she wanted a "tip" to go and get 1/3 of the room fee back from her boss since she short changed me on time and walked out. Going back? Only if every other MP closes, my hands fall off, and every woman on the earth turns me down.

Truth about Blue Pearl

1) The ladies do NOT get any cut out of the door fee (all other MP's
the girls get a little cut), so they're forced to charge crazy amounts.

2) Every lady @ BP charges a different amount, so there is no
"standard fee"

3) $200/hour + door fee is retarded... even for Blue Pearl Spa!



If you want a beautiful, sexy lady from BP, try Isabella! Unless her
rates went up, she charges 120/hour and she makes sure you get
your full hour or more (during day shifts).

For that kinda money I would've had a session their, and then take a shower and get another session at Body And Soul for 30min each. If I did blow the load the first time, its ok cuz the drive is only 5 min :-D

Paying these ridiculous prices have to start. Ohterwish they will think we don't care and just tax us some more in the future of MPA pricing.
