Advice to Embodyment

It drives me crazy when you call an MP and ask "who is working tonight?" and the response is "who are you looking for?" I am probably looking for a couple ladies. Its not who I am looking for - it may be who im not looking for or determining what my choices are. I am looking for a massage and I want to see who's available and then decide who I feel like seeing. This is poor customer service. Its one of the reasons I admire IT and HFH so much - you can call or look on the web and see the rotation. You know exactly what to expect.

Embodyment - ask your people to answer the question - not ask us a question. Please take this as constructive criticism. I live close to your spa and want to use it but I wont go unless I know who I can expect to see when I get there.

I second your remarks, if I call I would like to know who is working as I am not sure who I feel like seeing that day until I know who is working.

i agree...i called and asked who was working and the girl was very rude...she asked who are you looking for...i told her i couldn't remember her name..which was a lie...the lady told me then you'll just have to come in...stupid bitch...i hate rude ass ladies

that why HFH and IT have a good rep and are very nice and sexy in every way...i think other owners should take some lessons from Paul and Kayla

I agree 100% - I hate it when they do that. In fact, I usually don't go if that is how they are. What difference does it make whether we name someone or not ?? Sometimes, or very often actually, I will call a place and hope to hear a new name - I always like trying someone new.

In my experience, Silhouette, Allure, Utopia, Club 2, Bohemian, Two Stars always answer the question.

Even the dreaded Blue Lagoon will answer and name all 10 or so working. She is a bitch and seems annoyed, but she does it.

The one place that sticks in my mind as a pain is Ambrosia - whenever Arlene or Cathy answer they respond with the question.

I am with you guys - answer the damn question, its simply customer service. It is our hard earned money and if we want some reasonable information to help us decide where to spend it, we should get it.

I mentioned the same sort of problem in another thread. ("Jade's Replacement", I think). No website. No photos. No info. No assistance.

Nikki, the oriental owner seems okay. However, the blonde boss-lady is Miss 'Anti-Conviviality'!!

I have received the same level of great customer service from the above-mentioned spas. After the roster has been read out to you from the Allure receptionist, she asks you if there is someone in particular you are looking for. If that lady isn't in, she'll check the schedule to let you know when she'll be in next. She will also make an attempt to match you up with an attendant with the approximate talents ans attributes.

Another spa that fits in the category of "who are you looking for?" is the Airport Spas. (Platinum, Brandy's and the now defunked Mystique) In fact, I think it was Sherry who rudely responded, "what does it matter, we all do the same thing?" Anyone who's had the displeasure of visiting Sherry will know that her release is like a carpenter removing an old rusty nail.

Speaking of Ambrosia, Arlene has left the spa. I was told she has retired.

They do it for security, and this is not unheard of. I have worked p/t in a hospital ICU and when someone would call and ask if a particular nurse was there, we werent allowed to answer.

It's for security reasons. But, most places, if u know the name of the lady, they will tell you if shes working that nite, and until when.

But if that's the case, daty man, why have schedules? And if any of us were psycopaths, wouldn't we know the name of the girl we were planning to stalk that night anyway?

Just reeling off a list of names and descriptions isn't going to mean anything to a psycho anyways. Or a crazed ex-boyfriend.

I have to say, I also don't like it when a place answers a question with a question. I understand Daty man's point though. I think the ultimate solution would be for moderate to large size MPs to get web sites. They don't have to be flashy but just a schedule is a great help.

Security my ass! You can't compare an MP to a hospital. It the regulars that keep the money coming into the spas. I always call ahead to see who's working. In fact, the more noteworthy spas recommend that you call ahead to confirm availablity. The schedules posted on the internet aren't always accurate.

If you have a favorite barber or stylist that cuts your hair, wouldn't you call ahead of time to see if they are working?

Sometimes I want to try something new. Knowing who's working allows me to decide whether I will be visiting the parlour on that given day.

I recently wrote a pretty positive review on Embodyment : Embodyment Review

After my second visit I had a couple of grievances ...

1 ) Their adherence to room time within 5 minutes.

2) the fact that noise has to be kept to a minimum due to the fact that there is no insulation in the walls.

Nikki seems to be pretty classy but that "blond person" is anything but. They really need to shape up in regards to customer satisfaction and PR.

I contacted them regarding my grievances to give them a chance in attempting to rectify them, before posting to the board. I recieved no response ...
