Morning Spa Options

Realize there are other threads in the past on this topic and that Google provides listings with hours. Given the remnants of COVID closures and openings, any updated insights would be helpful. Yes, many spas open at 10:00a, know of any that do so earlier?

I regularly have time 8a or 9a and having a massage is a relaxing way to start your day.

Any suggestions for:

East: Amazing Holistic, ???
Central: Ambassador Spa, ???
West: ???
Downtown: ???

A trick I learned is that many AMPs will open an hour or two earlier for you if you call and make an appointment the day before. You can arrange it with the either the MPA you have been with before or through the owner if you are acquainted . So try to use this to your advantage if there's a place you really like, instead of trying to find a new place that just opens earlier than others

if your a regular with one of the girls at a certain spa they will open early or stay late for you..

it just depends on how much they trust you...

I’ve had both appointments - pre-opening and post-closing with advanced scheduling. You’re right, accommodations can be made.

Was asking more for spas that choose to open earlier at 9a (or 8a) where you can have a great start and bounce to your day. As I can’t be the only morning person can I?

Spas in the city, inside Toronto's corporate limits, can't post open hours before 10am. Outside Toronto that doesn't apply, but 10 still remains the preferred opening hour.

Spas in the city, inside Toronto's corporate limits, can't post open hours before 10am. Outside Toronto that doesn't apply, but 10 still remains the preferred opening hour.

That's a common mis-understanding of the Toronto bylaw. When you pull the actual applicable bylaw, they can be open from 9am-9pm, M-Sat, and from noon on Sun for Body Rub Parlours, and from 8am for Holistic Centres. Obviously semi and legit fall under therapeutic categories where they can choose.

Perhaps the greater challenge could be violating the Noise Bylaw (Toronto Municipal Code, chapter 591), where "unreasonable and persistent" noises could be introduced.
To any spa owners/operators, a friendly reminder that you can open from 9am or 8am depending on your licensing

… I stopped there & they told me in person they’re open even @ 6am… & saw rigs on nearby street …
