It has to be legit. I mean it is connected directly to the City Hall unless you want to pay with fire. $1700 in rent is quite expensive. Not to mention you have other bills to pay such as electricity, insurance, business registrations.

You should check with some people in the retail business, and they can for sure tell you what amount of rent is expensive. Ask a few spa owners who are located in a good location to see how many of them are paying less than $1700 with taxes included.

Its in the mall. If you are going to the spas at 9005 or 9011 Leslie you wouldnt see this place. Its a legit place. Alice gives a good massage.

It's in the Sheraton Hotel Parkway shopping plaza. Nothing to do with Leslie hwy7 red light district. It is facing hwy7 more close to East beaver creek. Alice had ran a successful Oasis spa right besides Gal Sushi the next bldg to Orchid with much much higher rent $4500 a month plus TMI and she told me it adds up to about $6,000 a month with some other expanses. Now her rent is only $1700 and the place is very nice. She can survive easily even with Covid. All she need is one or 2 customers a day to cover her expanses and still have some profit left and she has lots of regulars. It must be some other personal reasons she is selling it..
