My First review of SRM

I visited SRM today for the first time. Was excited as I think that their line up of girls are very attractive, and from another thread I did receive some promising encouragement. Got there a little early in the morning. They open at 10, and like other places I've been to early, I figured I'd just sit in the lobby and watch the news until ready. I walked up to the door around 9:50, according to my watch. Tried opening the door but it was locked.

I'm thinking - Ok, the door is probably magnetically locked like some other spas and there is a second door inside.
I rang the bell next to it and heard, what I thought was, the lock release on the door. Tried the door again and it was still locked. Just as I was pulling my hand away from the handle, the door quickly swings open with this lady on the other side angrily saying "WE OPEN IN 15 MINUTES", and abruptly shutting the door. If it swinged the other way I could swear she just slammed the thing in my face.

It was a weird moment were she seemed absolutely pissed. For a moment I felt like a school kid who got in trouble for horsing around, lol. Needless to say I was no longer in the mood. I will never bring my business there and would advise anyone else the same if asked. Maybe the MPA's are great, but I will visit them at another spa if they switch. Not sure if this lady was having a bad morning already or what the case was but.....nope!

Not only is this my first review but also my last of SRM. WILL NOT REPEAT

Do you have a desc. of the girl that was rude? I can address this for you. Give it a second shot bro, lot's of good girls there. Don't let one person spoil the party for you.

I'm new to this forum thing and not sure how to respond on PM's, or even start a PM for that matter, lol. As for a description of the lady, I really hope she wasn't one of the attendants. She just didn't seem to be one. As it would have been my first time there, I wouldn't know who is who there.

All of my morning experiences have been just as great as my later ones. Why does the morning make any difference in your opinion?

That may be true but yelling at any customers is a recipe for a no show or return or a limpy dick. Unless you get turned on when someone yelled at you for all the wrong reasons.

How can 9:50 be too early for an advertised 10 am open? It is understood that services will be available at the advertised time. If you go to a restaurant who advertises to be open at 5pm, the service is available at 5pm but doors are open a little earlier for seating. Staff are even earlier to prep for the opening hour.
I was just put off by the aggressive attitude. I was also under the assumption that doors would be open a few minutes earlier like the other spas I have visited in the morning such as premier spas, flirt, allure and a couple others. All the B had to simply say is that they need a few more minutes to get ready. In that case no harm no foul.

It is amazing that the manager doesn't realize that the business she is involved in has more to do with "customer relations" than almost any other business dealing with clients in a most personal way.
Just because a noob shows up a little early, it doesn't give license to the manager to be rude or abrupt. A simple "we need another few minutes hun" would have maybe earned the spa a regular client.
The memory of that experience to "Avg Guy" will never be erased, no matter what Tracy or Anita do about it.
They have pissed on another opportunity as much as if one of their MPA's short timed or otherwise gave less than value for the clients money and expectations.
Some owners can't figure out why their spa is not doing as much business as others, this is a glaring example of the reason(s).
I was a very frequent client of SRM in past years, and still go once in a while. No question the service became "iffy" when Joy wasn't on watch any longer.
Tracy is a great person, there are other managers I have met at all 3 locations that are excellent and do their best with a welcoming attitude and manner.
Avg Guy, don't hold a grudge, take the experience as an example of what not to accept, and try another spa, and when you have cooled a bit give SRM another chance.

I know Platinum at least take the first appointment at 10:15, so 15 minutes after opening. I prefer the first appointment of the day, so I usually turn up around 10, chill in the lobby and take a good shower before the appointment.
I would've waited in the car or the closest Timmy's until 10 instead of trying to get in that early.
I have never been to SRM

Avg Guy the receptionist should have let you in as the attendants are supposed to be there a half hour before their shift or 930 to get their rooms ready so they need to be let in by the receptionist/manager on duty that day anyways.

At Steeles if you have a 10am appointment it starts at 10 or it should. It wasn't unreasonably for you to get there a bit early , settle up and wait in the lounge.


Hope the owner/managers at SRM read these threads where it concerns them as we all know in any business if you don't have customers you don't have a business.

That would definitely be a mood killer for me too. I wouldn't try to go there again even if they paid me. It was probably the receptionist that was pissed. I don't think a massage attendant would be opening the business in the morning. If your watch said 9:50, then her watch was 5 minutes slow, if she said it would be open in 15 minutes.
What I really think is that her watch is always slow, or she is always tardy, and she's had other guys ring that doorbell continuously. She just choose you to blow her top on, because you happened to be the one millionth guy to ring that bell, day after day, after day. It's not your fault, you didn't do anything wrong. It could have happened to me or anybody. This woman sounds like she has issues, and this was very unprofessional.

It's not the customer's fault if the staff is running late. 9:50 is not too early for a 10 am opening. This is not a bank we're talking about. A bank has to be precise in their opening and closing times for security reasons. This is a massage spa. Shoplifting is not an issue here. Be reasonable.

I've been to Perla before and was in the door 9:50 for a 10 am. Granted this time the session didn't start until 10:15 because the attendant wasn't quite ready and I was a walk in, but the doors were open and I was in. There were other customers already in their respective rooms and one in the waiting room.

Polish Prince and Snoop make good points and as mentioned before the other spas I have been to seem to follow these better practices. Admittedly, I have not been to as many as some as I am new to the hobby scene.

Some info for those that may be interested, have not experienced it myself so can't personally verify. I have been told by an attendant at Flirt VP that they are open at 8 in the morning to accommodate some customers schedules. They advertise 9am open. I would imagine this to be special scenarios, maybe someone else can varify.

Look ar Ezra69 join date. After ignoring the garnishment order of Sept 22, a garnishment hearing was served on srm and now we have a new member. Tracy called on behalf of Anita Drudge to inform my agent that the girls are independant contractors and srm will not pay. Well that is why there are courts and rules, something srm has a penchant for ignoring.
So out comes Erza69, with his/her weird postings, almost like he works there.
Nothing has worked so far in their favour, just another tort in waiting.
