Worst IT experience

While I have never been to IT I feel this statement is unfair. Paul has already offered compensation for this unfortunate incident. Just from this alone I will try IT when I can as it is rare for an owner to take responsibility for his/her employees actions. I tip my hat to you Paul...well done.

To be fair here, there has been a lot opinions on this subject back and forth, "Name the Girl", "Don't Name the Girl", "This is a review board...", "Be fair to the establishment and / or the MPA.."

All said and done, Paul has offered, publicly, to deal with this situation, both in terms of Customer Satisfaction "I'll gladly reimburse you" to the quality of service for all customers "take care of the problem..."

Paul runs a quality establishment and does take matters seriously when it comes to service and quality for his customers. I have personally experienced this with IT, and this is what keeps me going back time after time.

Now, as far as "guessing" the name of the girl, it would be prudent for the parties involved to check their statements for accuracy.

At least one of these girls was not on the schedule on Sunday, Nov 14th accoriding to what was posted when I looked.

It is important for us to share our experiences, Good, Bad, and the information that will help hobbyists find MP's and MPA's that may best suit what they are looking for. But let's not turn this into a witch hunt, trying to agressively to find out who the MPA in question was.

I thought the purpose of this board was to post reviews to fellow massageplanet.netites regarding our experiences. It seems we have lost touch of the purpose of the board and have started protecting certain establishment and certain MPAs. I believe this is ridiculous.

You are correct that is the purpose of the board. However when certain details are left out it becomes a problem.

IT is a well respected and well run MP and like every Mp in business it does have problems with the MPA's and sometimes with clients that are being overly agressive.

The owner has spoken up and said to please contact him with the details so he can correct it. So far the original poster has not given us the details.

No one is trying to protect the MPA, we want to know who it is so we can avoid her.

They were both on that Sunday. Two girls were considered "new" according to jcp although Kiki has already been around for a bit and has been reviewed here. In that case, would Brooke or Estelle be considered "new" as well? How far back do you go? Hmmm, confusing. Yeah, I agree it is better to name the MPA or else the other would be very unhappy.

Which IT standard? those set by the many ex-IT MPAs like Amber, Alexis, Paige etc? or those by the current roster. Gets quite a bit easier now, isn't it?

I have not really posted too many reviews but feel this one is warranted !!
I have read through all these comments and feel it prudent to post my experience !!!!
I have been going to IT for about 2 - 3 years on and off, I have to say all my experiences have been great except for 2 which I think were the same girl, Cynthia !! She is great looking but on both occasions I waited in the room while she told me later she had lunch, WTF both times !! The first time I went she had no pics up and the second time which was about 3 weeks ago, I only realized it was the same girl until she came in.
I don't want any refund but feel it is important for Paul to know so girls can be disiplined if clients are un-satisfied, this last experience really pissed me off and ruined the whole massage which was very rushed and mechanical, well so I felt !!
Keep up the great work Paul, your place is always very clean and for the most part the girls are always gorgeous!!!

That is odd to hear. I have now read a few really negative reviews on Cynthia.

I took a flyer on Cynthia about a week ago, and found the session to be fun. The massage was actually quite good, and I suspect that she actually may have some formal training.

As for the rest of the session, I would not say that it was great, especially by IT standards, but I did not feel it worthy of complaint either. The session, overall, was good, but not memorable.

Overall, I probably would not book with her again, as there are ladies at IT that I have had better experiences with.

If it were me I would have named that girl without hesitating. All this indulgence gives them opportunities to continue their lazy cutcorner ways with impunity.

I have seen new and regular girls at IT for three years and have only made one complaint about one facet of the service there. I got a lot of backlash on this board for it, but the mistake was never repeated.
