Hey OP, your comments here are not dumb. Your reasoning is sound...but I'm not sure why you decided to apply it to Spas only? It goes for countries too, and Sweden has kind of been saying the same thing all along.
As for antibodies not being a protection, every day that looks like a sillier guess as scientific evidence accumulates. The latest I read is that those still shedding virus after having recovered are in fact shedding dead virus. They are not contagious and do in fact have immunity. Why we half convinced ourselves that this virus would be different from all others is testament to the panic herd mentality. Now, immunity does vary from case to case, but so far nothing has shown that the period of immunity for this virus is especially short or weak.
Of course none of this changes the fact that it is very likely we will see a spike in cases--and therefore deaths--once social restrictions are lifted. A vaccine ,a high degree of herd immunity, or better treatment methods are the only things that offer strong protection. Best thing you can do is stay as healthy as possible so that if you get it, you have a higher chance of withstanding the virus.
On a side note, I'm very interested to see a postmortem of the handling of this thing. At some point the world will face this again and the lessons learned from this experience will be invaluable. I'd bet that in the future, we will look at doing a more strategic isolation of vulnerable groups while those at low risk continue with their daily routines. Of course that would depend on the particulars of any future pandemic.
