It will be very difficult. I for one go at least 4 times per week.
Prices have been getting out of control before the Virus hit.

Let's all work to do a price correction like happens from time to time on the stock market!

I know most of you will rush to go back as soon as they open the doors but think about it... we finally have some power over the spa owners and mpas.
Don't get me wrong... l love my regular ladies and am in constant contact with them but this is a great opportunity.

Well, while some spas or MPAs make good money, some don't. Just like any business, some make it and some don't. A lot of hard work, diligent and dedications are needed for a successful business. Even with all that, luck also counts, like now, all spas are closed.

As much as I would like to agree with Slyhound but therealcole is correct. Truth is a greater number will be unable to resist. As soon as restrictions are lifted many will succumb to return pronto to this hobby

It will definitely become battle of the sexes. Who is hungrier and desperate? Is it men's desires that could easily tip our sexual threshold or women's urgency to amass the almighty dollars?

Will it yield to lower or higher cost? Sub par or better services? Minimal or unthinkable extras?

COVID-19 caught us all by surprise! None were prepared to be in this situation and suddenly put a halt to what we love!

I hope I can pen a positive note on what we can do but right now I am still at a lost!

I'll just reiterate what UsefulIdiot said "The George Costanza effect - lack of sex boosting IQ in men!"...I've seen that Seinfeld episode several times. It looks believable that suddenly George inherently gain knowledge. If there are some truths to this then let us take time to think to gain better understanding and to prepare for on any unforeseeable predicaments and make it sway on our favour!

Keep in mind if we are consciously contemplating on this then women are equally anticipating! Lay the groundwork...the superior one will prevail!

I’ve also stopped the stupid spending on things I don’t need.
Part because malls are closed but also the online buying of things I thought I needed.
It’s amazing how we can find more fulfilling hobbies instead of just fulfilling a temporary urge.

I dont see prices going down at spas. Rent and other expenses need to be covered. Those that established a regular client base will continue on fine.

Some spas will close. Some girls will take the independent route.

Landlords realize that if they suffer and can’t pay rent because of the virus , they can claim bankruptcy and break the lease. Landlords also realize it will be very hard to re-rent ? I can see lots of bankruptcies and lots of vacancies coming up for lease after this shit is over. I have a friend who just opened up a Sushi restaurant only last December in downtown Queen street east. The landlord had already told her not to worry about the rent.

they probably save the renovation costs. The landlord will sell the equipment seized from nonpayment of rent to the girls to recoup some of the lost rental revenue.
