Call 'Fake Sunny's' and if they tell you she went back to China, call her a liar and tell her if she does not tell you, you will not even go back there next time. Sorry, if I do not have permission, I will not tell anyone because if she leaves there and goes elsewhere, guess who she won't tell next time. Call her if you have her number. If you don't, she will appear soon and if I see her, I will ask if it is OK to let people know where she is. She trusts me and I am not about to violate that. If I tell you here or on CAF or PERB or TERB, its not like one is OK but another board is not lol.

On a trip to find new talent, I had stopped by Fake Sunny twice; against my better judgement.

I thought I would finally share my reviews on this forum.

About a month or two ago, I stopped by and got a massage from Lisa. She was about early 30s, tiny (about 5'4") and semi-attractive. I was surprised that her massage was quite good. Deep tissue which is what I prefer. She even spent a good part of the time on the legs both front and back. Usually masseuses spend little to no time doing therapeutic massages on the legs other than just teasing. I left happy and $105 lighter. I would repeat.

I stopped by a second time about two weeks ago, looking to book with Lisa again. I'm not sure where she went but the new lady, Stella, said she was gone and didn't elaborate if Lisa was gone on vacation or gone for good. Since I was there, I tried a session with Stella. She's probably mid-30s, tall around 5'8" and a bit heavier with a big butt. Massage was non-existent, no oil used and mainly just pressing/pushing on the back and back of legs. On the flip, we talked and it seemed to me she had an open menu, not sure though since she just asked "what you want?" I opted for the basic finish but was able to sneak a digit inside the shorts which she didn't charge for. I left sorta happy, although the massage could have been better and again $105 lighter. I don't think I would repeat with Stella because I would like more of an actual therapeutic massage with the 2nd part.

Let me know if you heard anything about Lisa coming back.

I concur about Stella. I stopped her before any extra costs were incurred. She was so disinterested in the massage and left the room no less then 5 times... last time back she asked me to flip, started the upsell and that’s where I got up, dressed and left. No tip, just 50 for massage and I actually felt good about doing so.

Last time I went was mediocre. Ladies name was Kerri I think, massage was below average, but I did leave happy for only 40 extra.

It would be a good deal at 105 all in if they had someone good at massage working there, but I guess we get what we pay for!

When the rates are lower than most places here in Edmonton, it's kinda hard to recruit good talent to provide good massages because management still wants their cut as that percentage does not change on their end. Only the ladies get less of the base massage fee charged. The business challenge is to balance cost of management, labour and quality of service.

I wont name names but I chatted one of the masseuses up and found out that she was an international student at a massage school. She was in year 1 of the program, not supposed to be working in Canada, just trying to earn some extra cash while here for two years. It may be all lies but it explains a little about why the ladies at this place changes all the time, why their boundaries are all over the place and why the qualify of massage is hit and miss. As TBone said, we get what we pay for.
