I took a huge dump this morning. It was volumous, dry and quite hard. Very difficult to pass it, I knew it would be. So, I stood up during the intial portion of my shitting process.

I learned a long time ago, even before I started dating my boyfriend, to stand up when you are trying to push out that waste instead of straining yourself while sitting. You can exert more force without all the effort when you stand and push your shit out of your bum hole instead of sitting on the toilet and straining.

Timing is everything of course. You stand up and push and get that Log half way out, or more. Then, when you know you are past the dificult part, you sit on the toilet and push the remaing portion of it out into the toilet water.

This saves you all the straining and can, for sure, prevent some hemorrhoids from forming.
