I know you are kinda new, Well it would be nice if you had other experiences to share. Usually girls who are supernew there is less of a expectation as they are still learning the trade. I worked in the strip joints. Most of the strippers that chose that profession, had suffered some sort of sexual abuse. This was a few years ago and the girls were predominantly white. I'm sure that this is probably the case with white girls doing massage.
I'm not sure if this would also apply to the Asian ladies as well?

The point is, these girls have a tough job and they likely have some sort of emotional issues.
Im sure that having a male presence working at the spa would make for a safer environment and make the girls feel more secure.

Most customers know the rules and are respectful but again now and then you get a rotten apple. Spas all have security cameras so everything is captured and generally a pretty safe environment. I think demographics plays in as well Richmond and Markham are fairly safe.
