Well very dissapointing news today. I was informed by the court of yet another court date to attend in November. I have not been able to reach my attorney as he is out sick today. I thought maybe I was going to get my verdict. I am waiting to get the explanation of how this can be.

I have all the facts about bail money, who paid what, how much was paid etc.

There is nothing to worry about, except that some who said they would pay now seem to have changed their minds. At this point, there is no surplus and I'm still $US5,700 out of pocket.

Nobody should worry about the accounting side, except Country John. I am certainly hoping that others will step forward and help out.

Sampson is out thank goodness. A guy like him did not deserve the La Mesa Diet program, even though he looks pretty good compared to when I last saw him in January. I truly believed that and that's why I put he money up to get him out. It's now up to his other friends to decide for themselves whether it is an effort they should get behind. The pressure is off my friend.

Now how about some of you stepping up? I accept paypal and would be glad to comminicate by PM. Now that the worst is over, let's take care of the situation as a group of friends.

An American pimping Mexican women ,is not going to be treated really good in jail. If he has to pay to take a shower ,tells me that he is not being treated good by the Mexican authorities. So I came over here and wrote a thread about you, because you were news worthy, and important information regarding prostitution, escorts, TJ corruption, and Mexico's legal system was coming out. I also felt by keeping your name in the news might benefit you in the long run, thinking some people wanting to help financially in order to help you make bail. If there is something you want me to delete in this thread just let me know?

Tjvagabundo the only facts about the money we knew about was that it was $9000 dollars, there was nothing said that once $9000 was exchanged for pesos it would only come out to $8200 dollars, we didn't find that out until the day of the exchange, and the story I posted is the popular version, and probably the one that will be told in the future. Yes, I know others are donating still to the cause, and that's one of the reasons why I was calling for some kind of accounting, in case some guys have some money coming back, and to get the true story out on what happened here.

You're using puta math at 10 to 1. Actually in Mexico bail is set in pesos not dollars. The bail was 90000MN or at the going rate of 11 to 1 about $8200. And besides the 3 you mentioned there were other people that contributed at the last moment as well.

Also the money is returned innocent or guilty. The money is returned because I made every Wednesday appearance and court date...if I missed two "signings" it would be forfeited, however I have not missed one.

I'm happy that things appear to be going your way Samp. I would think that the judge has many many cases in front of her, so it's not surprising that it would take a long time for her to decide, more patience is needed I suppose.

The attorney has the original bail receipt. You will recall that we visited him to request it and he indicated it was in the file at the court and would be released upon you being found innocent. My guess is that when that joyous day arrives, he'll be at the cashiers window to collect the bail and return it to you, minus his outstanding fees. We need to stay on top of this but again, glad to hear things are going well.
