In general, it does not serve any purpose to review an establishment or provider that is no longer in business.

I'll say we are off when it comes to guessing Asian ages. Overall they do age well and I suspect our local Asian girls are older than they tell us. Most don't even like to give their age.

I wonder just how much motivation for the busts was generated by activity here? We know that LE has probably been all over the site, it seems like after Renew got a lot of reviews and the service level seemed to "upgrade", they got hit. I miss PA, but I am thinking that helping people keep a low profile might leave a few MP's, and maybe providers, in business. ROS info can be a great help, but it's possible that too much info also applies..

The commonly understood textbook answer is that threads here have no effect on LE. The thinking goes that LE knows about these places anyway and make their bust decisions independent of anything said by board members.

I guess I don't really believe it. I stopped doing AMP reviews awhile ago and on my last one just wrote the recommendation without the ROS. That review was on Lili who got popped. I feel like shix about my own possible contribution to her problems and won't be writing AMP reviews worthy of PA credit.

I'm glad you brought this up. At the time I had the same thought myself and considered a locker room thread. When the requirement of exact street address and phone number was made it struck me as being too specific.

NB is right about the "textbook answer." Without doubt LE knows every location and door, and always has known. For AMP's the location and sometimes ROS are quite specific. We use vague generalities to NOT identify an independent or agency lady's location. Even if LE doesn't have PA access (though I suspect they do) the review (with name & address) comes up in a general Google keyword search for the terms/acronymns.

Just before the bust there were a number of reviews of Renew, mine included. I enjoyed my time there, and thought their safety precautions were about as good as can reasonably be expected.

I don't know the right balance. Perhaps NB is right. But a vague review with no PA credit doesn't seem right for a hobbiest either. While I've provided specific info in some pm's, it was with someone I trusted. I have not when someone I didn't know pm'd.

I feel bad if the flurry of reviews pushed local LE to act, and worse if mine was part of the cause.
