It is usually word-of-mouth. When one whore comes to Canada and makes alot of money, she tells her friends and acquantences about it, many of whom are back in Asia. They then become interested in doing the same thing. There are also 'talent agents' that recruit the girls and then use their network of sex-industry contacts to channel them to various cities around the world. So an agent in Taiwan might recruite 15 girls and have contacts in Toronto, Sydney, New York, Los Angeles etc. He will distribute those girls to the various 'work opportunities' within those cities and allow the girls to enter Canada, for example, on a work visa. The host in Toronto will have a business enterprise set up and sponsor the girl to work for her in a fake scenario. All the paperwork will be done and her stay is legitimate, but of course, instead of being a 'trade consultant' for instance, she is actually blowing 12 guys a day for $40 per customer.

The reason you see so many 40+ asian ladies in the sex industry is because Immigration Canada won't allow too many young, pretty asian girls into Toronto on specialist work visas unless they have the proper education, work history etc. Immigration Canada knows the young girls without the education who are claiming to have job offers in Canada will become whores. So, to compensate, the agents in Asia have recruited 40+ year old asians to fill the void. At the end of the day, any pussy available in the sex shops is better than no pussy. If you don't like B&S asian scams, blame Immigration Canada, not the agents or the mamasams themselves.

I know lots of Asian spa owners and know lots of girls who work at Asian spas. I have never come across or seen any one brought into these places by agencies. The majorities of them are new FOBs with poor English and poor education back ground, so they have no chance of getting a decent job here and end up working at spas or low paying restaurants. Most of them were hired by words of mouth who were already in this business and through advertisements in Asian News papers and Backpage ads. Some of them may say they are students, but most of them are ESL students, not University or college students. Chances of finding a real University or college students working in spas are very rare cuz almost all of them have filthy rich parents. You may find a few college students from middle class working at some spa but those are very rare cases. Most of the girls there were recruited by some students already working there. 1Spa on Silver Star Blvd for example.

Ursus is correct if he is talking about whores, not MPAs. Koreans and Taiwanese girls are well known for that. Most of the Korean girls are already in this business back home and majority of Korean girls have been working in Japan for a few yrs before they brought them into Canada and US.

The aging Asian sex workers in the GTA were not trafficked and work voluntarily, many of whom look much younger than they really and maintain a youthful looking figure relative to other racial groups. In Asia they would have little or no market for their sex services. Older non Asian guys in the GTA continue to keep them in business. The trafficked younger Asians, many Koreans among them find it very hard to get into Canada these days due to LE and Immigration Canada actions as well as Korean LE so that Asian Hong Kong based "snakehead" mafias and Korean pimps go elsewhere. America, New Zealand and Australia have also clamped down on the traffickers. Japanese sexworkers are plentiful in Japan but are controlled by the Yakuza who do not export workers so that Japanese girls are not found too much in the GTA, although there are some in the GTA karoake bars for expensive take out.
