Given Yuki's track record with the vast majority of customers this situation sounds unusual. Also, you are the same customer who gave a fake review of Luna a while back that included bbbj cum.(I only include this as I like to take into account the credibility of those who complain)Walked into OM today and what an experience. I just saw the line up and asked respectfully who else would be free and she just lost it !

This is a fair assessment. When you have a busy spa that you are operating solo, you have to often get right to the business at hand.I kinda agree, yuki is often very short and in a rush. It's great her business is doing well but the other reception girls are way more helpful and inviting.
