Jussie Smollet, who faked a hate crime and tried to blame white people for it, has had all charges dropped against him today.

The prosecutors still indicate he was guilty, but they state that since he has agreed to forfeit his bond money and due to his history of performed community service, he can go free.

From the Prosecutor's Office:

"After reviewing all of the facts & circumstances of the case, including Mr. [Smollett]'s volunteer service in the community & agreement to forfeit his bond...we believe this outcome is a just disposition & appropriate resolution to this case."

So, if you pay money to the State and if you list your fake community service hours on your leniency submital before the court, you can commit crimes and still go free. Well...................................as long as you are black and gay. Depends what group you belong to, of course.
