This is bro science - stuff I see on the internet, read in books or hear about from friends and then try for myself. I have been taking supplements since I was a skinny 16 year-old and started weight training. My family thought I was wasting my money, but after seeing me get good results for twenty years they started supplementing. In truth most supplements are disappointing, but over time you will find things that make a difference for your body (everyone is a little different so you have to self-experiment). Take what I say with a grain of salt, but do not dismiss it out of hand. A good starting place is Dr. Rachel on YouTube. What I would recommend to everyone is: vitamin D in high doses (I take 5,000 IU/day), a daily multi-vitamin pill or shake and zinc. I take a whole bunch of stuff besides that for my aging body, but I would start with these basics. Sometimes things work very well for other people, like ginseng, but do nothing for me. And sometimes things have negative effects - when I tried fenugreek it was very difficult for me to ejaculate (same thing with kratom).
