Lately I have been having more than one ejaculation during sessions - e.g. three last night with Nancy at Fantasy Spa. Guys trying your recipe should not be using Viagara or Cialis. L-citruline is contra-indicated.

Oops! My contribution, besides lots of food with calcium, is actually eat lots of greens! Lettuce, spinach, kale, asperagus, cucumbers, arugula, and so on.

I have been a lifelong carnivore. Never hurt the Inuit, right? But I dabbled in some excellent salads lately (pub food) and noticed really strong sex drive the next day.

Actually to boost nitric oxide levels (which diminish substantially as you age). This helps with blood flow all over the body including little Useful. But because it is low calorie and a little filling I have lost a little weight. The addition of collagen was not for any particular reason, just curiosity, but I think it helps with MSOG.

I should add that I take a lot of supplements. I have done this since I was 16 and I think this has really made a difference over the years. I consider supplements to be insurance in case there are deficiencies in my diet.

I would love to get credit but "Impact Igniter" is the actual name of the product I am using ($38 at Walmart). I just bought some of the stuff @xtc27 recommended - it is surprisingly cheap. I will try for a couple of months and report back. I also got some Ashgawandha powder. The shake is getting pretty thick now. If you were referring to the drug Ecstasy, I just tried it once and felt like death the next day (same with cocaine).
