massage places that provide a receipt

Does anyone know of a massage place that provides receipts so you can claim it from the employee benefits? Also do extras at the same time?

There are a couple Asian Spa's in Cambridge that issue receipts. It apparently worked for one massageplanet.netite at the first place listed.

A & P at Sheppard and Kennedy in Scarborough will provide a receipt. Apparently, a lot of their business is workplace health insurance-covered massage therapy. The attendants are NOT eye-candy, and it's definitely NOT a high-mileage place. Also, it's a tiny place, with one central shower. Usually a decent massage though.

They are required to provide a receipt unless you refuse it or under the by-laws a cop can write them up. In other words, the cops make operating a massage business more of a hassle.

Does A&P charge more (like some other Asian places I read here) if you ask for a legit receipt? Anyone have experience with the whole insurance claims thing regarding MPs? Has anyone ever had their work insurance company come back with questions?

True, charge bit more for receipt. Otherwise standard MP rate $40/30 mins.

Joyful provide receipt at end of session for same rate.

They have always had a reciept ready when they come into the room to start the massage.
The talent is EE and hit and miss most times

Tried them, what a waste of time and money. The girl rushed the massge so quickly was only there for maybye 15 mins. massage wasn't even one either little rub here and there. fast release in the end.

But a receipt does not necessarily make it acceptable for insurance. Must be an RMT receipt for that.

I think this place just opened at 61 Alness St. Unit 220. (Finch Dufferin) Offer Acupuncture and massage. Ending available but not much else in the way of extras and no eye candy. They are not RMT but provide a very official looking receipt that they say will be accepted by the Insurance plans.
Note, no shower.

$30 for 30; $60 for 60.

What makes a receipt legit for insurance claims? Regardless if it's a "fun" spa or legit RMT, what should a person be looking for on the receipt to save any embarrassing questions from HR?

One day I was waiting for Ashley in her room at Studio 9 and I found a receipt on the floor. Something like "Received for Full Body Massage: $50.00" No mention of "tips", of course. I'm sure any licenced body rub has a receipt book at the counter, just like any other business.

in ontario, in order to get covered by the insurance company, they will need to be RMT. I don't think there are any RMT's willing to risk their license to give people "happy endings"
