That's normal in spa business. . E&M don't allow any girl works at I&U and I&U won't allow her girls work at Ve spa. JR won't allow any of her girls work at I&U, E&M and SL. Serene Ocean won't allow her girls work at I&U.

It's the women thing. Jealousy , competition, protection and control.. They want to control the girls and their customers.
