Long time Lurker, time to start contributing. My reviews will be brief and to the point, if you require more information, DM me or just post along in the thread. Every customer is different, my baseline for what i hunt for is: 20-35 age range, spinner type bodies, long hair preferable,
medium pressure massage and always Asian. I will try to be positive and speak objectively to help all potential clients irrespective of if the MPA fit my criteria. (we all like different things)

The Spa- K-Spa Located on Sheppard Ave East (near Kennedy rd) This place is located in a small plaza with many restaurants and a few other spas. Parking was easy, your exposure it high if you care about people watching you come in and out. Inside the spa it is dimly lit, looks to be a little run down (maybe its an older place?) I was greeted by a girl named Yumi and lead to a room with a shower. Looks to be roughly 4-5 rooms in total.

Yumi 30-35 Chinese: 30min session - Yumi is approximately 30-35 years of age, 5'5ish, with a decent body but has the look of being a bit out of shape (pudgy belly). The room i was in was also dimly lit but you could see the dust sitting on much of there furniture and mould in the shower, definitely a turn off for me. Yumi's menu was wide open, opted for bbbj, started in 69 position but i did not partake. her technique was quite good, did doggy, mish, cowgirl all very enthusiastically. This girl has a great attitude thought and definitely tried to give me a great session. I also saw on the way out another lady with bolt-ons wearing some lingerie approx age 45, and another girl at the front desk who looked to 35ish. All of them decent looking though, just no where near advertised ages in this thread. Damage: 30min/40 tip:120.

I would definitely come back if they cleaned the place up a bit as the location is great.

Nice review. Yumi is a great service provider. The owner has been notified about the situation of mould and dust.
