Figure I'd bump this. They are back to their old ways. I've gone a few times this past month and things were exactly like they used to be. They have a new girl that used to work at Labella's. Horrible masseuse, clearly not trained but pretty and will give extra on the flip.

Followed up my terrible massage at Summer's old place (Healing Massage),
And got an above average massage at Jj's.

Its been a long time since I've been at this place, and I always got the larger middle room. This time, I got the back room, connected to a small storage space full of stuff, and a full curtain blocking the view.
This room is beside the staff room, which meant there was some chatter I could hear at the beginning.

My lady went by Lisa: petite, curvy and cute girl, early thirties, maybe even late twenties. She's not slim, but she is in great shape, with my favourite body type. She wore nice fitting lululemons, and a tight top. Likely a B cup, but seemed to be wearing a push up, making them look like a C cup. The massage is the most important thing, but when the person is attractive, it is a nice bonus.

The massage had me concerned at first, because she seemed to be just running her hands up and down. But, she actually was trying to find the bad areas and knots. It was an excellent back, arms, legs, head and feet massage: blending strong medium pressure and relaxation swedish. She spent a lot of quality time, trying to get those knots out. So, I wasn't as dissapointed that little time was spent on the front.

As far as the fun stuff goes: that question has already been answered. But, my conclusion is: her happy offerings seems to be similar to the Mandy that used to work there. But...sheesh....how do you guys afford it?

Lisa has moved on.

She has got to be the hardest working masseuse I have ever had. Glad she stayed in the South Side.

Ppl are always shy when you first try this, but the ladies work there everyday, and they know what to expect from a male client. If you don’t bring it up, some ladies will ask you, but some will not even bother you. So you have to tell the girl what you want at latest after you flip or the last 15 minutes. Just say extra or happy ending.

Same goes for me. But I always ask if undraping is ok. They mostly say YES , that a good sign

1. Assuming you are going to a well known place, like J&J, the chances of being rejected is next to zero; if you are exploring a new place, asking first is a good thing.
2. As Rub suggested, leave the towel off
3. Always stick to your guns on the price. I've gone as low as $20 and never as high as $40 and it was still accepted. The only difference is they have a sad face when they give you a HE.

I’m 100% with you on this, after all what kind of actual attention do you get, a disinterested jackhammer and rush out the door?
Pay what is asked or don’t. Find ladies in your budget but negotiating is sleazy, sad, and disrespectful!

I state what I am willing to pay and they can take it or leave it. To lesson the negotiation so it doesn't become a grind I will simply state something like "I only have $40 on me" that gives them the option to take it or leave it and gives them the choice to decide.

Yeah, $40 should be the max payed for a regular HE unless there is extra stuff involved. To many guys get hypnotised after some teasing and just pay some ridiculous price. Guys need to remember that we set the rates. Thats why you see ladies here charging $160+ for a basic massage and HE.

Hearing this upsets me, but then again to some they gain as much satisfaction winning a negotiation or suckering the ladies with the “that’s all I brought” comment as they do with the HE.
To be honest that sort of treatment generally provides me better service, more options, and a very appreciative masseuse. I pay what is asked, many times a bit more, and more than often receive better treatment because I respect what the lady feels she’s worth. But then that’s what I’m there for. If all you want is a jackhammer finish from a disinterested lady, then be my guest.

Experience Son! Reading between the lines, and countless PM’s from members.
I’ve been to almost every place reviewed here, seen countless ladies, and have only been asked to pay more than $40 extra on a fully clothed basic massage and HE twice, and both times well worth the extra.
Even if I was the negotiating type, there’d be no need if all that was requested was a fully clothed massage and HE, as the asking has always been $40 or they were quite happy when that’s what I gave them if a price wasn’t discussed beforehand. It’s when under clothes touching, topless, nude, etc are requested does the price go up, justifiably so.
I can’t believe this conversation keeps going on and on from post to post. This isn’t an objective service industry. Essentially the ladies who offer HE and more are by definition, sex workers. And anyone who partakes with the various range of said industry already know, a lady will charge and provide what she feels comfortable with.
This isn’t an Indian Bazaar, swap meet, or pawn shop. The only person you are doing a disservice to when you negotiate with a SW is you, as you likely won’t receive the care and attention afforded to those that pay what is asked, or walk when the expectation is higher than your budget.
I don’t know why this is so hard to understand. But as I said, those that do negotiate, just ensure us that don’t get a happier and more attentive ending.

That's fine that you aren't the negotiating type, some are and some aren't I just fail to see why you took the conversation down a negative track?
The fact you have experience through PMs and such shouldn't play into effect here because people weren't saying they expected FS for $40.
This is the very definition of an objective industry! There are so many different variables beyond just price and both parties can choose to accept or decline.
