I haven't done this long enough that it is McDonald's for me. I hope, RT, that you remember that there are many of us that treat this as a pretty sacred event. We save up the cash to go in, take the time to groom, to travel and be there. For you,if you have a session that isn't all that special to you, well, you've still made your money and the next one starts in fifteen minutes. For us, we've paid $$$ and won't have another one for days/weeks sometimes. So you can't treat clients like another French Fry. We need to be a Happy Meal.
And really happy.
