To say that Blacks are better athletes is stupid because they may be good certain summer type sports from the south because that's where most Blacks originate from. The Blacks don't dominate in winter sports because they don't have winter in Africa, like we do here, obviously. So you can't say Blacks are better athletes.

If normal business culture in India is to negotiate and haggle over everything, then they can't do the same thing here, because it not how business works here.

It's true that blacks are generally not good at winter sports like hockey but those require lots of 'training' and 'acquired skills' from an early age. I'm talking about 'natural' athleticism like running, jumping, etc. Just look at how successful they are at those types of summer Olympic events.

Thanks for stating the obvious. I also heard that it gets dark at night and gets bright during the day. Everyone is ignorant of something. Interesting. As a brown man myself, I have never been turned away from any spa but have heard and seen things.

I once had a session with a mp downtown and had paid the standard tip for extras. She was surprised when I said I was South Asian. Which was pretty funny cause I'd think it would be a dead giveaway just by looking at me. She then followed up by asking "were you born here?" to which I answered yes.

She said "that's why! I've had bad experiences with other brown men but you are different."

Another time, a witnessed a group of fobby brown dudes storm a receptionist and constantly asks to see the girls and for discounts. The receptionist turned them down time and time again. These dudes were loud, obnoxious, and disrespectful to the receptionist and the others in the room (me and another guy had the misfortune of walking in while this shit was going on.) Once they left, the receptionist was surprised to see me still there, as she had assumed I was part of the brown gang. She then looks to me and the other dude and say "honestly, I don't know wtf just happened."

These guys ruin it for the rest of us, but what they do is out of our control. The best us brown guys (and honestly, all guys in general) can do is just take care of ourselves and show the mps respect. If they turn you away, then tough luck, show some class and walk away; there's always other pussy in the sea.

Just don't get why people are so sensitive when there's 'some truth' to certain stereotypes. I doubt Asians could care less if you said they were shorter...on average.

Deliberately misquoting someone, misrepresenting an argument, and refusing to consider threats to the validity of your beliefs is hardly 'common sense', itself just an appeal to popularity. The SI article you didn't read also mentions the sub-4-minute mile, something that common sense held was impossible before Bannister did it. It's now an athletic standard. Should tell any honest person what so-called common sense is worth.

I don't think anyone argued that haggling isn't prevalent among Indians - it's normative pretty much everywhere outside Western Europe and North America. You're moving the goalposts, though.

From what I heard from some of the girls they always seem to complain about brown guys the most, particularly the more older fobby ones. Heard they always try to bargain for discounts on the standard session fee, and some of the girls complained that they always have bad hygiene.

Nothing against brown people at all and totally sucks for the brown guys who aren't like that at all that these guys are giving them a bad rep.
