I know I sound frugal but I'm being real.

A lot of MPAs really get 100(door fee) in most instances since very few actually even do a bs, which 'all inclusive' means. Obviously if more was done (kissing, teasing properly, senuality, etc) you should tip more/how you want.

And I'm talking repeats also. Give a little extra a couple times should buy leeway other times, but the balance still averages out to the standard rate.
