Can I come in and look for my cat?

Yesterday, a woman came to my home and knocked on the door. She looked dishonest and accusatory, just by the facial expressions she was using as she spoke to me.

I answered the door and a woman - with an unkind face - said to me:

Can I look around your place for my cat? I lost my cat.

I said sure. You can check my property and see if your cat is somewhere on it.

She replied:

Can I come into your home and check around and see if you have my cat?

I said No. You can't come inside, but you can check anywhere outside, on my property, for your cat. I don't let just anyone in my home, only those who I know beforehand or whom have an appointment with me.
She starts arguing with me that I have her cat and that is why I wont let her inside my home to check. I quickly closed the door and stopped the conversation.

Be aware guys. Dont let people into your home like this, and especially don't let black people or women into your home in circumstances like this. If you do, you are prone to having major problems. Muslims would also be a risk, so watch out for Muslims too.

This woman could accuse me of rape, physical assault or some other crime and then what would I do?

Play it safe. Women are liars. We all know women lie more than men. Even insurance companies know this to be true.

How old was this woman who was supposedly looking for her cat? She must have a lot of balls to try that. Never let strangers into your house no matter what. I wouldn't even let a little kid into my house, if I don't know them. I also lock my doors if I'm home alone doing yardwork. I've learned my lesson long ago. If someone needs help, or wants to borrow your phone, just say that you will call someone for them.
