This is a point that's ripe for racist interpretations, because average folk can't stand to talk about it honestly.

The data is in, and it simply has to be accepted that there is a genetic component to i.q. Furthermore, I.Q. is the single data point most likely to reliably indicate how you do in life.

These two points taken together have serious implications. Racists twist this reality to fit their narrative and consequently poison the well of discussion. The well-meaning in society do not have the stones to grapple with the truth, which is that mean differences between racial groups are totally natural and not necessarily the product of a "systemically racist" system.

Ever ask yourself why things are the way they are for blacks? The disadvantages they face are unfair but most of them are self-inflicted. They make their neighborhoods so undesirable to live in that they have low property values. High crimes, fatherless homes, the glorification of gangster life and the lack of emphasis on education over the pursuit of long shot careers in music or sports have led to crippling poverty. Poverty repeats the cycle all over again.

Who in their right mind would want to give, let alone trust these people with bank loans? Who would want to live with them in their depressed neighborhoods where crime is high and career opportunities are low? It's not right to paint everyone with a broad brush but the average black law-abiding, tax-paying, working stiff will suffer from society's biases because the stigma of every negative racial stereotype has been thrust on them by the loud fringe minority of their community.

2. Since these people are low income. Rhett live in heavily congested areas. Which leads to more conflicts. That adds to crime.

3.Targeting a group of people for low drug affiances. Leads to less job opportunities. Which adds to the crime. The families are broken and for some unknown reason. These men do more jail time.

4. Also in the United States they make it harder to get a driver’s license in black areas. So people have no ID to vote, AND they close polling stations, AND they don’t want you to mail your vote. They don’t even want you to give someone food or water waiting in line to vote.

5.If you have a black sounding name. You’re less likely to get a call back.

Using the correct words is important if you're going to communicate accurately . "Systemic" is the wrong word to use in describing the kind of racism that exists and that gets most prevalently pointed to these days. What we actually mean to say is that racism is most certainly endemic in parts of society. It's an important difference because if you claim a system or institution is racist, I'm going to ask you to please point to the racist policy or rule. Different outcomes between racial groups is not on its own proof of racism.

This simple notion exposes most of the wrong arguments we see in social media, the news, academia and the entertainment world today. Blacks are shot at two and a half times the rate of whites? Systemic racism. Blacks own homes at 60% the rate of whites? Systemic racism. And so on. If this were true, then you would not see the discrepancies that we do in real life data. Recent black emigres from Africa actually own homes at a much higher rate than native born blacks. Are they not equally susceptible to racism? Or is it that personal choice and not race is actually the overwhelmingly important factor in how you do in life?

Ok, nothing wrong with this statement. What's it got to do with racism?

Fair enough. Drug laws are fucked up and if you go back to the 90s a solid case can be made for unfair differences in the way drug offences were punished depending on whether you were caught with crack (predominantly used by blacks) vs cocaine (predominantly used by whites). If there are still bad laws, let's identify them and change them, but again this is not proving any kind of racism--maybe classism.

I'm going to plead ignorant on this and ask you to support your statement. How is it more difficult for a black person to get a driver's license? For at least the last three federal elections in America, blacks voted at a disproportionately HIGHER rate than whites, so your claim is not supported by the numbers. As to requiring I.D. to vote....um...we do the same thing here--what is racist about that? Not giving food or water to those standing in line is also a good rule. We require campaigning to stop on voting day. Unless you've got some kind of evidence that non-white people are being deprived of sustenance in order to stop them voting, this is a ridiculous point.

I've also heard that this happens, though most of the evidence appears to be anecdotal. Still, if a company gets the same resume with the only difference being one comes from Bill Witherspoon while the other is from Keisha Akeela, then yes, I'd be in favour of an investigation and heavy punishment if the motive for discrimination is found to be race. There's a simple solution to this. Pass a law that bans personal details from resumes. It has actually been suggested, but guess who was against it? That's right, proponents of affirmative action.

People do indeed get fucked--and as minorities tend to hold the lower jobs--they get a disproportionate amount of the fucking. One of the main ways that happens, especially in the U.S., is the failure of labour to organize in a competent manner. Unions have no one to blame but themselves. Any honest person who has ever been part of a Union knows they're a racket. Look at the abuse of power by the teachers' unions in the States.
