On the contrary, like I said I was happy to go with the nude for $60, theres no harm in asking if she would do the upgrade for $70... and had she told me there was a bank machine at the front I would of been happy to go and withdraw, I was not aware of it coming in. Exactly, you shouldn't be telling her what her price point should be. Let her decide if she wants to give you the benefit of the doubt. Usually MPAs are quite willing to do that on their own terms.

That said I think you should make a return visit and tip to cover your short fall when that happens. She's doing you a favour after all.
