I recently bought some massage tools on ebay at low costs, incl eye, neck, back+++. I would like to know how effective are these tools on health and human body? do they help in burning fat?

I am looking to buy one or two massage tools for my legs and since I'm a runner, my muscles can get pretty knotted. I have a foam roller but I am looking for suggestions of other tools.
