There is no guarantee of LE activity at the bars.
Most probably they are not shutting down bars before 9:30 and even they come they are not making harassment to customers.
You can go n enjoy between 6:30 to 9:30

No one knows ki kub uska mood bigaad jayega aur woh patak de neeche.
