Got around to seeing Yoyo at KLMT and it was okay. She's as cute as a button, slim and attractive. Her massage was okay, she had some issues understanding the pressure I wanted, but we seemed to get it sorted after some back and forth. Teasing while I was face down was pretty much nil. On the flip, things were much more interesting and she did a nice job releasing any stress built up. Repeat? Not sure. A lot of star talent over at XP, so, hmmmm...

Ya know, instead of owner/operators trolling the board trying drum up business, why not just hire staff that clients are looking for that provide good quality service? Probably because good staff is difficult to find, and the best staff may not put up with crappy owners for too long. It takes good quality owners managers to attract and keep great staff.

Each therapist can make her own choices. What two people do during or after a massage is a private matter. And both parties can choose to repeat or not. Good staff simply means dependability, honest effort, skills, personal grooming and a genuine interest in client care. A good owner will often match a client with a specific therapist based on knowing both individuals.

100%! Even a job someone does not enjoy can be livable with strong and supportive management. Going to have to open my own shop. Treat the staff like gold, cause they are your gold, do what it takes to bring in right staff and look to clients for feedback. Hmmm...

Let me reword that……

There is a good chance that they will have to deal with allot more horn dogs (present company included) wanting them to touch our junk. Lol

I’m guessing the pool of good, reliable, available practitioners might dwindle when looking to fill a spot at one of the more ……open minded…. Establishments (as apposed to a fully legit business) Sure, better tips, but also more……tips? (Pun completely intended)

The best semi-legits from my past experiences allow some flexibility. Some therapists are more liberal than others and that is perfectly ok. However they will normally forbid FS, and sack any worker that crosses this while working in the shop. But the best shops will not force any therapist to go beyond their personal comfort zone or YMMV line with each individual client. So two way YMMV is tolerated. Naturally if a therapist gets no repeat business, regardless of the type of shop, their days are numbered.
