I don't deny these things can be annoyances for the reasons you mention, but in the whole scheme of things I think these issues would rank as fairly minor annoyances compared to other issues. Not very high on the list of problems that would actually make a girl switch spas, in my opinion.

Jennifer does all her booking independently and its done way in advance she just is using the spa are her "incall location" assuming she couldnt get anywhere else or maybe someone requested it so the only chance you have of getting an appointment is if she has a last minute cancellation or she wasn't fully booked through her regulars/booking form which is probably less likely than a cancellation. If you want to see her go to her twitter and set up a date that way but she wants screening and deposits to see her so keep that in mind

Everyone is different for some girls its not a big deal for others they often forget to go and stock up before a shift and have to last minute rush to shoppers or in some cases at Seduction mainly the girl has bailed on her first appointment of the day to go stock up because she forgot to buy them before her shift, so it might be minor to you and even a lot of the other girls but for others it could be a big selling point switching to a spa that they dont have to worry about going and stocking up/carrying a bag full of stuff before or after every shift. I've heard quite a few different ladies complain about it and really dislike having to do it, and at the same time I've heard a fair share of them say its no big deal at all and they can live with it. Just different mindsets and different priorities for each individual lady

Where are the new young talent?

I think the pandemic has dilated your time horizon. Seduction was just as bad last year, in fact I'd say it was much worse because strip clubs were closed. There have been a lot more agency girls ending up at Seduction and they are simply better both at customer service and sex. Still very hit and miss though.

I think PD has a point, though, that there is not a ton of newer girls who compare to the ones you're mentioning (I know people give her grief for offering CBJ but I think Olivia is phenomenal regardless) . Maybe they will get the training they need now and we will see service levels increase. But otherwise that seems premature.

Just gotta appreciate and enjoy the ladies if they're back in the biz.

There's different reasons for returning out there. But ultimately, it's not hard to do the math. If you're single, have free time, have the looks, already have experience in the SW world, then the money is going to be hard to turn down and walk away from completely.

Veteran MPAs usually invest and/or have other businesses on the side, but this helps boost and supplement their income a lot more.

With so many top ladies leaving Premier and going to competitors or doing their own thing you have to wonder if they can come back to the top.
They have ladies on the site that haven't worked at all or not in many months.
Jennifer is doing incall
Juliet is doing incall
Sophia is doing incall
Holly, Natalie, Mindy, Monica, November are at Seduction
Paige/Demi is now at an agency
this is only a few ladies but all these are better than most of the new recruits.

I for one have decided to stay away from Premier until they sort out their issues.

I was talking to one of the MPAS at Premier and she was telling me she had left Premier to go to Seduction since she heard the $ was better there. Anyways her first day she was asked if she wanted an "order run"... so she asked for a double double thinking of coffee... but the reception lady told her it was a coke run ,,, anyways she told me the vibe there is different... everyone is drinking and high even during the day shifts. She retutned back to premier as according to her that behaviour is not tolerated by Tia or Tila or whatever the owners name is. This one MPA i am refering too is one of the most popular mpas in the premier roster today. Figured i would share.
